Where Things Live

• content/blog holds the original episode MDX files. Filenames define their public URLs.
• content/docs holds pages rendered under /docs.
• data/users.ts defines the hosts referenced by episode frontmatter.
• src/content.config.ts validates frontmatter and loads both collections.
• src/lib/content.ts handles shared queries, reading time, and date formatting.

Editorial Guidance

The repository’s AGENTS.md is the source of truth for episode research, source selection, and the six required news sections. Keep presentation in the shared page renderer so episode files remain focused on written notes.
